Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
When does the parade start?
The Cincinnati Pride Parade will step off promptly at 11:00am from Central Avenue and Plum Street. The parade will last approximately 2 hours.
Is there a cost to attend the parade or the festival?
No, thanks to the generous support of our Sponsors and through donations from members of our community, both the parade and festival are completely free!
where is the best place to view the parade?
You can view the parade anywhere along the Parade route. However, the most popular spots include Fountain Square where our emcees announce our parade entries and the DORA region of the Banks.
are animals allowed at the parade or festival?
Due to the often extreme heat during Cincinnati Pride, Animals are NOT permitted to walk in the parade. Animals are permitted only if they are in a vehicle or on a float. We recommend that you leave your pets at home and do not bring them to the festival (the noise and the weather can upset our furry friends). Service animals are, of course, permitted.

We have a great list of performers for Cincinnati Pride 2023! Visit our entertainment page for an up-to-date list of those performing on all three of our festival stages!
